Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love every piece you bring home. If something isn't quite right, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags, dust bags and packaging included. Please keep your order number handy — it makes the process faster.
We'll send you a return shipping label for every approved return. A $14 return fee and the original shipping cost are subtracted from your refund — see our Refund Policy for details.

- Unused items with original tags
- Full-price and regular-priced items
- Exchanges for a different color or style
Not eligible
- Final-sale or clearance items
- Items showing signs of wear or damage
- Items purchased from third-party retailers or resellers

Request a return
Fill out the return request form with your order number — we'll email you a return shipping label.

Pack it & attach the label
Place the item in its original packaging with tags attached, stick on the label we sent you and drop it off.

We take it from here
Once inspected, we ship your exchange or process your refund.
