No. We offer ground shipping on orders over $99 going to any destination in the contiguous United States. Please allow 1-2 business day for your order to ship.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Francine Collections gladly accepts returns of unworn, undamaged or defective merchandise for full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase. The customer will be responsible for a restocking fee of $10 for any number of items, to cover some of the cost of return shipping. This will be deducted from your refund.
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the return process.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your bank to process your returned funds.
