We process all orders within 1–3 business days, shipped from our US warehouses. U.S. Ground shipping is 3–7 business days. We offer Next Day Air delivery — options available at checkout. International orders, typically is 7–16 days— timing depends on your country’s customs process.
Yes! Francine Collections ships internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the shipping cost, and may be charged by your country upon delivery. Fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If your Francine bag isn’t what you expected, we’re here to help. We accept returns or exchanges of unused bag within 30 days of delivery— Your bag must be in the original condition with tags attached.

We charge a $10 restocking fee for returns. If you prefer to exchange your item, we’ll cover the shipping cost for the replacement.
