Return Policy  

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  Note, shipping costs cannot be refunded.
 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  
Please contact us if you need assistance with locating your receipt or order number. 


Restocking Fee  
Francine Collections gladly accepts returns of unworn, undamaged or defective merchandise for full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase. The customer will be responsible for a restocking fee of $10 for any number of items, to cover some of the cost of return shipping. This will be deducted from the refund. 

Once we receive your return, we will refund the applicable amount to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your bank to process your returned funds.  

 
Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days. Note: A restocking fee of $10 will be deducted from your credit amount.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first, double check your bank account.  
Then contact your financial institution, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@francinecollections.com or executiveadmin@francinecollections.com
 
Shipping 
To return your product, we will provide a return shipping label with our office address: Francine Collections, 28 School St, Branford, CT 06405, United States. 
 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
