Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer experience team. They will review your return request and if your return is approved they will provide you with a return shipping label. You will need to bring your return to the carrier and drop it off.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Timeframe for Refund to Appear in Your Account

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. After we process the refund, it can take up to 10 business days for your bank to post the funds back into your account. That timeline depends entirely on your bank.
